MKE B2B Refund/Returns/Cancellation Policy

At MKE B2B and all of our founded groups, we are committed to providing the best experience and value to our members. We understand that life circumstances can change, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is positive and hassle-free. Therefore, we offer a 100% refund on any purchase made within the first 30 days of your membership or event ticket purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within this 30-day window, and we will process it promptly.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing or through our designated customer service channels within the 30-day period. Upon receiving your request, we will verify your purchase and issue a full refund. If you are requesting a refund for an event or ticket, please note that the refund will be processed as long as the request is made before the event date. After the 30-day window has passed, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund for any purchases, and we encourage you to review our membership benefits and services carefully before committing. Please note that this policy **excludes workshops and retreats**, which have their own cancellation terms.

For workshops and retreats, we offer a 100% refund only if the cancellation request is made prior to attending the event. If you do not show up for a workshop or retreat, no refund will be issued. Please be sure to confirm your attendance before the event to avoid any issues. We highly recommend reviewing the event details and your schedule before making a purchase for workshops or retreats to ensure that you can attend.

If you choose to cancel your membership with MKE B2B or any of our founded groups, unsubscribing is easy and can be done at any time. You can simply cancel your subscription through your account settings, or contact us directly for assistance in processing your cancellation. Once canceled, you will no longer be billed for future payments, and access to the membership benefits will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle.

It is important to note that if you choose to cancel your membership and later decide to rejoin, you may be subject to the current membership rates at the time of re-enrollment. If there has been any change in pricing, you will have to purchase your membership at the new rates, and any buy-in benefits that were available when you initially joined may no longer apply. We recommend considering this before canceling if you plan to return in the future.
